①INCARファイルに
LPARD = .TRUE. で既存のWAVECARの中身を分解？
IBANDかEINTタグをつける。
IBAND = （選ぶバンド（複数可能）)
(e.g. IBAND= 16 17 18)
(e.g. IBAND= 16 17 18)
あるいは、
EINT = （選ぶエネルギー範囲）
(e.g. EINT = -1 0)
EINT = （選ぶエネルギー範囲）
(e.g. EINT = -1 0)
②計算をはしらせる（時間はかからない）
③アウトプットは PARCAR に出力され、それをVESTAで可視化する。
